Terms and conditions

1. Exclusion of second-hand products - The warranty does not apply to products that are offered second-hand, as a show model, or refurbished.

2. Exclusively for official AmberGlass products - This warranty applies exclusively to official AmberGlass products.

3. Refund in store credit - The price difference will be refunded in the form of a store credit that can only be spent at AmberGlass NL. This store credit has no expiration date and therefore remains valid indefinitely.

Application procedure

To qualify for the Lowest Price Guarantee, we require the following documents:

1. Proof of the lower price - A clear copy or photo of the offer showing the lower price. This can be a link to a website, a photo of a catalog or flyer, or another official document confirming the lower price.

2. Product Specifications - Make sure the product in the lower price offer exactly matches the AmberGlass product you purchased from us. This means: - Identical model name and serial number. - Exact product size, color, and variant.

3. AmberGlass Proof of Purchase - A copy of your proof of purchase or invoice for the product in question that you purchased from AmberGlass.

Additional provisions -

The request must be submitted to us within 14 days of your purchase. The lower price must be available from an official retailer in the Netherlands (not from foreign websites or marketplaces). AmberGlass reserves the right to review and reject requests that do not meet the promotion terms and conditions.

How do I apply?

1. Gather the necessary documents as described above.

2. Send an email to info@amberglass-shop.nl with the subject line " Request for Lowest Price Guarantee ." Attach the documents.

3. We will review your application within 5 business days and let you know if it has been approved. If approved, you will receive your store credit immediately by email.
